Why won't my images upload?

Here are a few common reasons to help you troubleshoot why you may have received an upload error at Pinhole Press: 

 

1) Image is the wrong format - you can upload a JPG or PNG

 

2) Image has the wrong extension - the file name should end with jpg, jpeg, or png

 

3) Image is too small - your image size should be greater than 0KB

 

4) Image is too large -your image size needs to be less than 75 MB
