Once you place your order, you have 30 minutes to cancel for a full refund.
You can cancel your order from your Pinhole Press account with the following steps:
- Log into your Pinhole Press account here.
- View the order that you would like to cancel.
- Click the "CANCEL" button to cancel the order.
- You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been canceled. The hold on your card will be removed within 72 hours.
If the 30-minute window has closed but you would still like to inquire about canceling your order, please email support@pinholepress.com immediately and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue at minimum cost and inconvenience. Once an order is in production, we are not able to guarantee that the order can be canceled and refunded.
Customer Support hours are M-F, 9AM-5PM ET. Emails sent outside of these hours will be returned the next business day.
